Set a date and choose a great spot in a place that is secure but easy for everyone to see and get to, within a 20-mile radius of one of our shops.
Step: 2
Decide how many donation bins, donation bags and bag dispensers you need, and place an order with us using the contact details in our supporter pack below.
Step: 3
Use the posters found in our supporter pack to promote your event. Write newsletters and emails and post on social media to remind friends and colleagues. Start collecting!
We offer a free collection service when you have 25 bags or more ready to collect. Click to complete the collection request form.
Your bags are worth 25% more with Gift Aid if you’re a UK taxpayer, at no extra cost to you. Just complete the Gift Aid declaration form found inside each bag you donate to sign up.

While we appreciate all donations, there are some we cannot sell and we have to pay for their disposal.

You could help us to save money and make your donations go further by easily dropping your bags and boxes into your nearest shop or superstore during their opening hours.
Please do not leave donations outside our shops, as they may be taken or damaged. By calling in advance, our teams can be ready to receive your donations or direct you to a nearby shop with a larger capacity to support you.
We rely on the generous support of the public and local businesses donating both pre-loved items and end of line stock. Here are just a few things which your donations could buy:
could fund a lab technician for one week.
could fund our team of nine cancer nurses and their amazing work with people affected by cancer for one day.
could fund the Add-Aspirin trial into stopping cancer from coming back after treatment for one week.
